We're an independently owned optometry office and optical boutique. We partner with many small independent frame lines to provide a curated collection, personalized service and warm vibe. We believe eyewear is a way for people to not only see the world clearly but also showcase their style. We are all about helping our patients see and feel their best!
What we are looking for in a Optical Manager:

• Comfortable with inventory management, vendor relations and making sure the day-to-day runs smoothly

• Able to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
  
• Familiarity with laboratory procedures is highly desirable
  

What does our Optical Manager do:

• Support and inspire our optical team while keeping the energy positive
  
• Oversee the sales floor and optical fittings, ensuring high-quality patient care and customer service
  
• Assist the Office Manager in streamlining daily operation and customer service standards
  
• Supervise opticians and lab techs and provide ongoing training on best practices, retail sales , and customer interactions
  
• Monitor inventory and frame board management with a great eye for design and aesthetics
  
• Implement retail strategies to drive sales growth while always keeping patients' needs in the forefront
  
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure proper handling of medical information
  
• Keep our boutique organized, stylish, and always guest-ready
  
• Step in wherever needed (because we all help out to support the teams across our office)
